ChromaCadence provides AI-powered xLights sequence generation services. Users can upload audio files and xLights layouts to generate synchronized light show sequences.

3. User Accounts

To use ChromaCadence, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Token System

ChromaCadence operates on a token-based system:

  • Tokens are required to generate sequences
  • Tokens never expire
  • Tokens are non-refundable once purchased
  • Token prices may change; purchased tokens retain their value

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of audio files and layouts you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for sequence generation.

Generated Sequences: Sequences generated by ChromaCadence are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes, subject to any music licensing requirements.

Music Licensing: You are responsible for ensuring you have proper rights to any music used. ChromaCadence does not provide music licensing.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have rights to use
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Abuse or overload our systems

7. Limitation of Liability

ChromaCadence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
